Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
All sales are final. We have confidence in the courses and know the positive impact they've had for students over the years. You will not be dissapointed -- no other selection of native plant garden design classes like this exists on the internet.
Courses remain online at the discretion of Monarch Gardens LLC -- but we see no future where they won't be available for the long haul.
It is your responsibility to set up a time for an online video consult and to have the necessary equipment to use this service.
It is your responsibility to read the rules of the online design community Prairie Up upon signing in and setting up your profile, and to abide by those rules throughout your membership period. Not following the rules will result in your disconnection from the service (it's mostly about being nice).
My bundle includes coaching. How do I schedule my appointment?
When you are ready, please reach out to Benjamin via the contact form on the website. We will ask for your availability and work to set up a mutually agreeable time for the 45-minute Zoom consultation. You can set this up soon after purchase or months later -- it's your call. We'll be here when you are ready.
When will I have access to the online garden design community Prairie Up?
Access will be granted within three (3) days of purchase using the same email address you used to sign up for this bundled package. Look for an invitation in your email inbox (or spam, or other folders -- it can get messy we know).
After 1 year your free membership to the online garden design community Prairie Up will revert to a paid subscription. You will be notified before this happens so you can either accept or decline the payment.
When you log into the community and set up your profile, you agree to the community rules stated in the community and upon sign up.
